Toddlers are aged 12 months to 36 months and have begun to master some speech and language both as a speaker and listener. This doesn’t always mean that toddlers will communicate clearly and comprehend what is said to them, but they are making incredible strides all the time! Single words become clearer and eventually morph into phrases and sentences which become more meaningful.​
